​Here’s how a Jo Coletta Skin Membership could work for you.

Our skin can visibly change quite often which could be problematic showing concerns such as dullness, breakouts, pigmentation, redness or ageing. 

​

To see positive changes and to keep your skin in the best of health it can take time and commitment with the right treatments and skincare but can also be difficult for you to know what treatments to book or what products are best suited to your concerns.

So with this in mind, Jo has created a skin membership. Think of it like a monthly gym membership with a personal trainer for your face and with consistency and professional input you will get the best results.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 01
Jo will assess your skin using the state-of-the-art Observ camera that looks at the deepest layers of your skin.  The OBSERV 520x is an advanced skin analysis system which works to effectively inform me about your skin. The OBSERV 520x provides an accurate diagnosis of skin conditions at both the epidermal and dermal layer. From this Jo can recommend the appropriate treatments and products.
 
STEP 02
You pay £600 upfront and then £120 per month for 12 months. Each payable at your monthly appointment.

STEP 03
Each monthly appointment  Jo will choose whichever skin treatment is right for you. This will depend on your skin concerns and will include combining treatments for the best results for example a collagenwave radiofrequency skin tightening treatment with a hydrafacial, skin peel or medi facial. 
 
STEP 04
By signing up to a Jo Coletta Membership not only is it more cost-effective but also knowing that your treatments are being tailored to your skin concerns. Each treatment can last up to 90mins and the treatments included in the membership will be combination treatments, Medi Facials, Peels, Platinum HydraFacial, Collagenwave Skin Tightening, SkinPen Microneedling and LED

 

This skincare membership is recommended for clients that prefer more advanced result driven treatments and who are aware that some downtime may be required with certain treatments.

One treatment to gift to a friend (subject to the client being suitable to have the treatment and not already a client at Jo Coletta Skin) A consultation will be required.

TERMS: 
Your 12 treatments must be completed within 12 months of starting the skin membership. Any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited. 
The Skin membership up front payment  is only refundable for medical reasons. Any refund agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the up front payment, with the difference returned to you. 

If you are unable to attend your appointment, i will need to be contacted immediately. I will need to know that you wish to cancel 24 hours before your appointment is due. Failure to cancel or rearrange at least 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of the treatment from your Skin membership.
Prior to your appointment Jo will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.
